Elevate’s season-opener “Stravinsky: Reconstructed” breaks down and rebuilds Igor Stravinsky’s Octet for Wind Instruments, a seminal composition of the 1920s written for an unusual combination of instruments.

The Bay Area is brimming with young talent. Music is no exception.

Elevate Ensemble brings you the most creative musical minds in San Francisco, served up with food and drink, stimulating conversation, and an amazing group of friends.

Inspired by local talent

We seek out the most interesting up-and-coming musicians from across the Bay Area. Then we put on exciting concerts and intimate house parties so you can get to know them. Be the first among your friends to discover the next generation of amazing Bay Area musicians.

“Expect Elevate to become a mainstay of the San Francisco modern classical music scene, joining the likes of the Kronos Quartet.” – San Francisco Classical Voice

Plug into the musical cutting edge

We pride ourselves on programming great music that you can’t hear anywhere else. Each concert features at least one world premiere, usually by our composer-in-residence, as well as a compliment of under-appreciated musical gems rarely heard in the Bay Area.

It’s all about the party

Elevate events are one part inspiring music, one part social gathering. We believe great music is best enjoyed in the company of friends, and we design all of our events to facilitate the mingling of the minds. So come for the concert, but stay for the company!
